Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website. They don’t cover any construction contract you sign with Nikic Construction — that’s a separate, signed agreement specific to your project.

What this site is for

This website describes Nikic Construction’s services, past projects, and general process. It’s informational — nothing on it forms a contract, and using the site doesn’t create a client relationship. Submitting the contact form starts a conversation, not an agreement.

Any actual construction, renovation, or pool project is governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties, not by anything on this website.

Not professional advice

Pages on this site discuss regulatory topics — substantial damage thresholds, flood zone requirements, licensing, permitting timelines — in general terms. This content is for general understanding, not a substitute for advice specific to your property, your municipality, or your situation. Regulations, thresholds, deadlines, and permitting rules change, and the specifics that apply to you should be confirmed directly with Sasa, your municipality, or a licensed professional — not assumed from this website alone.

Similarly, cost figures, timelines, and estimates referenced on this site (permitting windows, carrying-cost examples, and similar) are illustrative, not quotes. An actual price or schedule for your project comes from a direct conversation and, ultimately, a signed contract.

Content and ownership

The text, photographs, and project descriptions on this site belong to Nikic Construction LLC, unless otherwise noted. Project photography is used with the knowledge of the relevant clients; specific addresses and owner names are deliberately withheld across this site as a matter of client privacy.

You’re welcome to share links to this site. Reproducing its text or photographs elsewhere without permission isn’t.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but regulations, project details, and figures can change after a page is published. If something on this site conflicts with current fact — a permitting rule, a substantial damage threshold, a code requirement — the current fact governs, not the webpage. If you notice something that’s out of date, we’d genuinely like to know; use the contact page.

Links to other sites

This site links to outside resources — FEMA, Pinellas County and municipal building departments, the Florida DBPR license lookup, and similar — for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or accuracy. Linking to a resource isn’t an endorsement of everything on it.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Nikic Construction isn’t liable for damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, beyond what’s covered by a signed construction contract for an actual project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page will be updated, with the date below revised accordingly.
