Our Story
"A time to tear down and a time to build up"
The above statement could practically describe the construction world. It certainly could describe the work that Sasa Nikic began in 2002 when he started remodeling homes. This work evolved into his own business in 2005 with the establishment of Sanix Property Development. He was the owner and the workman for this business until 2012.
In 2014 the doors of opportunity opened up once again for Sasa when he graduated as a Structural Engineer from the University of South Florida.
It did not take long for local companies to realize Sasa's potential and was hired soon after graduation at Olympus, Tarpon Springs, FL . Sasa traveled extensively in this position as a Project Engineer and Project Manager. Projects were large-scale operations in bridge restoration and similar for organizations like the DOT. During this period, Sasa obtained his General Contractor's License.
Obtaining this GC license allowed another opportunity to emerge and Sasa opened Nikic Construction LLC in April 2018. Nikic Construction focuses on new construction, custom, homes, additions and remodeling. It is a unique and advantageous quality to have the background in Engineering and develop that into the construction of a home.
