- [Substantial damage in Pinellas, city by city](https://nikicconstruction.com/pinellas-substantial-damage-by-city/): The threshold isn't the same in every jurisdiction, the deadlines are set by your city rather than the county — the nearest one still ahead that we have found is December 31, 2026 in unincorporated Pinellas, Madeira Beach's runs to September 2027, and a number of cities have told us they have not set one.

- [Pool projects](https://nikicconstruction.com/who-we-serve/pool-projects/): Nikic is a licensed general contractor (CGC), not a pool-only contractor (CPC) — a distinction worth understanding before you hire anyone, and one you can verify yourself in about a minute.

- [Rebuilding after the storm](https://nikicconstruction.com/who-we-serve/hurricane-rebuild/): A substantial damage letter, a threshold that isn't the same in every city, and deadlines set by your municipality rather than the county — unincorporated Pinellas's is December 31, 2026, several cities have not published theirs at all, and in others there isn't one.
- [Developers and investors](https://nikicconstruction.com/who-we-serve/developers/): Permitting delays cost you real money every month a construction loan sits open.
- [Process](https://nikicconstruction.com/process/): From the first conversation to the day you get the keys, you deal with Sasa.
- [Pricing](https://nikicconstruction.com/pricing/): A fixed contractor fee, cost-plus, or a price per square foot — you choose, and Sasa will walk through which one fits your project.
- [Services](https://nikicconstruction.com/services/): Three service lines, one contractor, and the same engineer running all of them. Most of the work is custom residential on the beaches; the rest follows from it.
